My work is grounded in emotional safety, nervous system awareness, and respect for each person’s pace.
I offer gentle nervous system support, working collaboratively and carefully to help clients explore emotional patterns, beliefs, and experiences without pressure or overwhelm. Sessions are paced carefully, with consent and regulation prioritised throughout.
I don’t believe healing requires reliving everything or pushing through distress. Instead, we work with what feels available, building safety first so change can unfold naturally.
This approach is particularly supportive for people who are insightful and self-aware, but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected beneath the surface.
