These Terms of Business govern your use of services provided by My Healing. By booking or attending a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Appointments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via phone, email, or online booking system.
  • Booking is confirmed only after receipt of payment if a deposit is required.
  • Session times are as scheduled. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made online via bank transfer or by card on the day of the session.
  • Full payment is due before or at the time of the session.
  • Prices for sessions are listed on the My Healing website and are subject to change; confirmed bookings are charged at the price agreed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.
  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
  • If My Healing cancels a session, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only provided for sessions cancelled by My Healing.
  • Sessions attended or missed without proper notice are non-refundable.

5. Session Details

  • Sessions may be conducted in-person or remotely, depending on the type of service booked.
  • Duration of each session is as listed at the time of booking.
  • Comfort and safety: You must inform your practitioner of any health issues, injuries, or concerns that may affect the session.

6. Client Conduct

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully during sessions.
• Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

7. Liability

  • Participation in My Healing services is voluntary.
  • Services are complementary and holistic; they are not a substitute for medical care.
  • By attending sessions, you acknowledge that My Healing cannot guarantee specific results and cannot be held liable for any outcome.

8. Data Protection

  • Your personal and health data will be handled in accordance with the GDPR/Privacy Policy.
    Please review the privacy policy for details on collection, storage, and usage of client information.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
